Few Records



The Times do not have a very good records of really participating and credible and open investigations and disclosure. As well the entire county as a whole in all it's related government entities can't even prove or provide that they are in compliance with anything at all. Even their own buildings with fire and building codes. Yet at the same time we hear the ever repeated insanity from all sectors of this monsters "Federal and State laws, Acts and codes do not apply in Pocahontas County". While this certainly is outrageous they never the less work hard and showing us this is true, even in the Courts. on Explosive Report to be in the Times Next Week

When the entity has any interaction with the citizens of West Virginia there are many consumer protection laws that on Who is lying?

As we all see from just the limited form for Corporate Board composition that is on the WV Secretary of State site for the last current years filing from the Corporation it shows there are no less than 3 Varners on the Corporate Board. The form that must be filled out no less than once annually has limited space to show Board Composition. This is why based on the type of Corporation this is, and it's structure there can and are likely other Directors, could be more Officers, and the list of Corporate Members is vital to have produced and review. The Principle Officers of a Corporation are EMPLOYEES of the DIRECTORS. MEMBERS are in a separate voting class of ownership. This is why legally those 4 listed Principal Officers are employees of Ms. Jessica Varner and the Corporation. It is Directors (also Members depending on how that Corporate Class is set up in their role in appointing Directors) that have the most legal responsibility and liabilities for how the Corporation on Who is lying?

Formally any request such as this should also be send to the Registered Agent. It is the Corporations SECRETARY that has the legal duty under the law to control, authenticate, distribute ALL Corporate Records. It is the Treasurers duty to be the fiduciary of the entity and to keep all records, books and accounts, including audits, and to distribute this to the Legal Board Directors, and Principle Officers, and all Members and to ensure the SECRETARY has copies of everything as that is their duty for all of them. You MUST get all the information for Articles of Incorporation; and ALL Bylaws with amendments, revocations, and the Resolutions. Also must as for the full legal composition stating all who are Directors, all Principle Officers, and all Members. As well as all Minutes of meetings, voting records and who was in attendance and voted. Must have them disclose ALL sources of income, from all NGOs, State Funds, Federal funds in any form. These are must haves in any review of all the on Up Date on BFD
