Local Doctor's Story

  1. Thank you so much, Holly and Pat, for this post. It's really incredible how little people understand about drug addiction, and how almost impossible it is to get over. Your daughters were treasures, beautiful, smart, and caring. We are all the worse for losing them. I wish I could do more to help parents and young people stay off these drugs, never start, never try it. People think it's only the Bad kids, the Bad parents. Every parent who has adult children who have not been drug addicts should say prayers of thanksgiving. Thank you for having the guts to write this. I am SO sorry for the loss of Ariana and Izzy.

  2. Pat, what a wonderful, loving thing you have done through this article. If only one child is saved by it, it is a legacy for your daughters!

  3. Pat, I thank you for this article. I hope it will help prevent many parents keep their children free from drug addiction. But, even if only a few, it was worth sharing!!
