Contemplating Prison Time for Taking A Whiz


He spent 30 months waiting for a trial in which he was not guilty.
He cost the county $43,800 to keep him in prison.
He has no driver's license.
He has no car.
He has no money.
Yet, he was given a traffic ticket by Herbie Barlow.

    Might be better for his health to be in jail this time of year.
