Prosecutor Told the Clerk to "sit on it."

Norman Alderman filed an action with then Prosecutor Meadows-Price asking the a legal action called a Quo Warrant be filed questioned Prosecutor Candidate's legitimacy on the ballot as a Democrat when Donna Meadows Price had won the primary election running as a Democrat.

Simmons garnered enough names to get himself put on the fall ballot and he went on to beat Meadows-Price.  Norman Alderman's action was never acted upon,  in fact,  Meadows-Price ordered the Clerk not to take any action per Alderman's request.

  1. It would be difficult for Donna to take any action against a opponent without there being conflict of interest charges being
    leveled.
