The State Will Pay You $100,000 if you Vote for a 17 million dollar levy!

The State will Pay Pocahontas County $100,000 if we agree to $17 million dollars of debt.  That's $1 for every $170 of debt.  What a deal!!  Are you sucker enough to accept that money.  BY THE WAY IF WE DON'T PASS THE LEVY, THE STATE WANTS ITS $100,000 BACK.   Think of it as a "refundable" bribe!

If so,  I know someone who has some ocean front property in Arizona for sale.

  5. Neither men have anything to do with this. Please educate yourself by reading the policies from the SBA. http://www.sba.wv.gov/policy/policy/Pages/default.aspx Make sure that you understand that the SBA will NOT approve any project if the school is in a flood plain. Additionally, they will no longer fund MIP for roofs or electrical upgrades. Take the time to read it folks and learn why it is done the way it is.

    2. After reading the stuff at the SBA website, I now understand a bit more. Not sure about getting a "grip" but the way that the school systems have to apply for the money is pretty complicated. Read it and find out...
