The State will Pay Pocahontas County $100,000 if we agree to $17 million dollars of debt. That's $1 for every $170 of debt. What a deal!! Are you sucker enough to accept that money. BY THE WAY IF WE DON'T PASS THE LEVY, THE STATE WANTS ITS $100,000 BACK. Think of it as a "refundable" bribe!

Neither men have anything to do with this. Please educate yourself by reading the policies from the SBA. http://www.sba.wv.gov/policy/policy/Pages/default.aspx Make sure that you understand that the SBA will NOT approve any project if the school is in a flood plain. Additionally, they will no longer fund MIP for roofs or electrical upgrades. Take the time to read it folks and learn why it is done the way it is.
