Supreme Court Seals Sexual Expicit Document from the Public View

Is it possible that a public official could be accused of such filthy activity while he was serving as an assistant prosecutor?  Apparently,  the WV Supreme Court  doesn't want anyone viewing exhibits that were submitted and made a part of the public domain!!!

It is a sad commentary on our county government!

the very first rule of lawyers is "to create work for themselves".
thats exactly what the supremes have done in this document.
........"all parties are hereby ordered to RESUBMIT documents with names redacted and substituted with initials".

so now all the scumbag lawyers get to review their prior "work product" (i,e. the loco poco porn misadventures of Ol Jump n Jive JL) and remove any and all names of the "sexual victims" and GENERATE NEW BILLABLE HOURS by creating new documents to resubmit that contain only initials of the victims.

sadly, the taxpayers are most likely on the hook for the wv bar odc resubmissions.

ironically........and on the upside.......... Ol JL will get a fresh new montlhy bill from his counselor in his efforts to review and resubmit documents to the wv supreme court.

    1. Par for the course, Sir Rotten had a sweet deal, in the name of protecting the victims that the prosecutor and judge went along with.
Had this deal not been worked out chances are Rotten would be serving life.
So often the justice system protects its own and leave or children and wife's out in the cold to become prey for the wolf pack.
