  1. so explain what this means to kris , ya know he is a really nice guy and does not deserve any of this ........ what happened to hummel /jonese war on san Salvador and hells angels drug cartel that was threating the county ......... this amounted to 15 grams ......... beer can bob was most likely higher that day in court .........sad indeed ......... the real drug problem in this county is heroin ........when the hell is pot going to be legal in the u.s.a......... like run a muck and his kids never smoked ......... this case was just a ploy to get re-elected ,doesn`t matter that kris and his kids were shattered by this miscarriage of justice ..........

  2. entrapment with no priors for kris wonder what the supreme court really is good for .......people who were in the court room said that beer can bob was drunk and slurring his words when this case was being heard .........judge just looked the other way ,chose to ignore it ......... as this guys life was being ruined for what would be anyplace else a slap on the wrist a misdemeanor .........just as outrageous as kicking down normans door at midnight over nothing, nothing .......... just watch j.l.clifton skate .instead of being dragged off to jail for 25 years ............

  3. 15 grams of pot and it went this far really.
Maybe it's the sheriff's way of showing those shells angels and south American cartels they keep claiming are invading our little corner of the world .
I mean we have 8900 residents mostly retired or on welfare it must be a major market for them .
I am starting to think someone was full.of it.
