In Federal court the judgment's can go into the millions. Will this one who knows but it will be much more than the not a thin dime another moron claimed would not be paid out . I have seen why in my opinion a group hide behind the power it wields and misused. The use of fear and revenge tactics to try to control others action and information released to the media viva the internet . The key to this case will be the radio call Totten allegedly made and if others in the crew can be proven to be aware of tottens action which I have little doubt that they did. The real loss to the public is the trust in the Sheriffs office , I mean really with the history of corruption and cover ups our had I have no faith in anyone connected to it.

No doubt Norman and others deserve credit for exposing the evil deeds of our Sheriffs office , but he didn't do it for money . He did it because it was the right thing to do. Had our Sheriffs office applied the same ethics there would be a possibility there would be no actions in court against them and the cc. Now I think he could make a good case for harassment if he wished. Maybe if certain parties had went out and acted like professionals and not taken the advice of a hop head none of this would be happening.
the lawyer just got one heck of a payday! 40% cut off the top of 75K = $30K for the lawyer.
