It's Official: Only Males Cannot Have Sex With Their Students in Pocahontas County
Editor's Note: The media led us to believe that at the next grand jury the case of the ag teacher who was alleged to have had sex with her student would be presented to the grand jury. Apparently, it wasn't even presented to them! You will remember that Glen Wade is serving 10 to 20 years for having sex with a female student, but apparently the Pocahontas County Prosecutor's Office has decided that they will not present the case to the grand jury.

DeleteThey can wait a year to put it in front of grand jury. Charges have not been dropped so they will probably do it at the next grand jury.

Deletethen again,that fella might have better luck getting that felony reduced to a misdemeanor by pulling out a Ouija board and putting on the rolling stones 'their satanic majesties request'. odds are slim to none charges like that will ever be "magically reduced" again.......at least not until justaposed jonese's boy gets charged with a felony.

The papers show indictments and arraignments. If it was presented to the grand jury and got a no bill it wouldn't be in either of these. Are you sure it wasnt presented?

Well all I can say is the ones that was appointed Kristopher faerber don't stand a chance I had him for a public defender. He is a joke he don't even have an office and he only phone he has is a cell phone. when I did call him he wouldn't answer. He does not return calls. when I was in Tygart valley regional jail he wouldn't even accept a phone call from me he doesn't meet with me to discuss my case before court. I took a plea for 1 year of probation . then when I went back to court for sentencing I got a year of Day Report and 2 years of probation. and when I said something to him telling him that's is not what I agreed to he told me to shut my mouth. HE IS NOT A PUBLIC DEFINDER HE IS A PUBLIC PRETENDER!!!!!
