The Pocahontas County Justice system is a vast domain. Occasionally someone gets lost. Just got word from a fb person that they have been on bond for four years!!!
Looks like this occurred during Donna's term. Anyone really surprised? Oh, I know, blame it on the special prosecutor; too bad Donna couldn't do her job.
Donna did her job. Please read! Indictments and all the orders. When Ted White came and work for her. Her OFFICE could no longer handle the case!! Please get your facts straight and stop slamming Donna!! So the big question is why didn't the Judge and Sheriff fill and complaint on the Special PA?? Ah that's right..he is male and the Judges boy.
most likely this was done to punish who ever made this kids bail ........has jonese written all over it ......maybe one day when one of his kids screw up ,they will take it in the neck like this kid did ........just maybe some jerk of a sheriff will put it to his kids,so as to make a big name for himself,like our poor excuse for a sheriff did ........just maybe if ther e had been some good paying jobs with a future for an 18 year old kid or even if there was something to do like activities for young people greg sharp would not be in the spot he is in now ........who knows ......
