  1. I STILL WOULD LIKE TO HEAR WHY THEY DIDNT GO AFTER HIM FOR ALL THE OTHER 65 FELONYS AND HOW MANY OF THE 24 VICTIMS AGREED IT WAS OK TO DROP THE CHARGES AND HOW MANY DIDNT ,
    THE ROAD RUNNER.....

  2. Look at the bottom of page 29 and the top of page 30. I would like to know who those other law enforcement officers are and when (or if) they are going to get their just dues.

  3. The names of these "law enforcement officers" need to be made public and they need to be exposed for their actions and atrocities.
They will come out sooner or later.
The names have be laid out on paper in this investigation and they will eventually float to the surface and be exposed- its only a matter of time.
Hopefully they are under investigation now for their crimes.

One would think that our esteemed "good sheriff", slow roe rowe, and geriatric gene- if they truly wanted to uphold their duty as public servants- would expose the other corrupt cops.
One would think that juxtaposed jonese would want them out of his department and off his watch.
To "protect and serve" is more than a joke in the loco poco forest.
The cops, and all those in the "justice" system, are the very ones to be feared the most by the citizens of the county.

Price is gonna have knowledge of some of these other individuals.
If she is going down on a felony count, u just know she is going to let a few names out of the bag.
Sir Rotten has most likely let the names of his co-conspirators and corrupt cops out of the bag too- when he was "extensively debriefed" by the federal boys.

The State Police also have a mess on their hands as this involves their own.
McMillion, etc are most likely under internal investigation..........and those records may soon become public via FOIA...........if not criminal charges.

Clifton is soon to be exposed and charged again.
He will be looking to cut a deal and will squeal like a school girl to get a deal.

The rats nest is slowly unraveling.
There potentially could be many people soon joining Sir Rotten in his exclusive gated community.

  4. Rowe will dash his dreams of benching on the supreme court if he ever reverses himself on Rotten.

  5. parsons statements to the court sounded almost biblical.
he did an outstanding job in providing context, texture, and perspective for rowe.
the fat man could use those statements for his next sermon.

  6. Again had it been anyone other than a cop in my opinion they would of pressed each charge,

    1. rowe states it very eloquently in the above document- sir rotten, HAD HE BEEN CONVICTED ON ALL COUNTS, WOULD BE SERVING A LIFE SENTENCE.

  7. note rowe's very own comments that disqualify him from hearing the sir rotten case in a "fair and impartial" manner.
if u know someone on a personal and/or professional basis for years, u r not fit to be "detached and neutral" and "fair and impartial".
when rowe speaks to rotten he states, "I know you very well and have known you for years, and educated and hard worker, great potential for success, etc."
rowe then goes on to state that "no further tests are necessary" because he knows the defendant, sir rotten, so well.

rotten was counting on the relationship with rowe to garner him a sweetheart deal like he doled out with kid gloves to armageddon alkire and five felony wilfong.
    no dice on this deal.

still, rowe should have recused himself.
if anything, rotten's lawyer- callaghan- could now possibly have grounds for appeal on the fact that "rowe had a conflict of interest due to his extensive relationship with rotten and didn't disclose it or disqualify himself."
callaghan can appeal and state, on a fairly strong basis, that his client "did not receive a fair trial by a fair and impartial judge".
he can point out the very similar case of cocky clifton during THE EXACT SAME TIME FRAME............and pompous pomponio having enough brain power to recuse himself.
the wv supreme court would most likely crap in their pants......and be forced to give sir rotten a new trial.......at taxpayers expense..........if Callaghan points out all the facts and history between rotten and rowe.

    1. I am not replying to agree with you or disagree with you on the issue of recusal. That issue was decided by Chief Justice Robin Davis and is now history. The Supreme Court definitely will not reverse any of Rotten's future cases based on whether or not Judge Rowe should have recused himself. I am replying to state a few matters if there are trials on the civil cases that Rotten is facing. It will not be a ground for appeal in the civil cases no matter what Judge Rowe said about Rotten in the criminal sentencing hearing or the re-sentencing hearing. When the civil trials are heard, any appeal must be based on what Judge Rowe said or did in the civil cases alone. If he watches his p's and q's, as I am sure that he will, he will not say anything prejudicial to the juries that would indicate his inner feelings about Rotten, either good or bad. If Judge Rowe's rulings on matters are within the confines of the law, etc., then Rotten's lawyer, as well as the other defendants' lawyers, will have a difficult time, if not an impossible time, of proving to the Supreme Court that Rotten and the other defendants did not receive fair trials.

Here I would like to add my comments about Rotten's chances on re-sentencing - he doesn't have any chances. Look at Glen Wade. He had a short-term relationship with one young girl, and he got several years in prison for two felony convictions. Rotten had ongoing relationships with countless young girls over a fifteen year period. It would be the abomination of the century for Rotten to get out-of-state probation or home-confinement as he requested. Judge Rowe's chances for the Supreme Court would fly out the window and maybe his chances for another circuit court judgeship. He will not change his sentencing order for an even more important reason - IT AINT THE RIGHT THING TO DO!

    2. stranger things have happened in court rooms, most particularly in the loco poco forest.

    3. glen wade got the same trip as rotten 10 to 20 ......say what you want but, glen was not a serial rapist with 66 rapes to his name....... for what was a weak case ,glen might have done wrong but he also did a lot of good in the county ,a lot more good than rotten ever thought of doing ...... i would see little school kids run up to glen a give him a big hug ,he made a difference to a lot of kids..... what a waste of a kind heart school teacher who made a difference to some of our kids......... what glen did wrong was to talk to two state troopers with out an attorney present......he is not an animal like the worlds greatest deputy ,you know the guy that jonese obstructed justice for,and judge rowe then coddled and protected .....now that creep should have gotten life without parole

  8. I like how Rotten Totten said he had now devoted his life to his family and God, its it odd how those who commit the really vile crimes decide to
turn to their family and god after being convicted and placed in jail.

Why prison has been responsible for more people finding god than any preacher it seams.
Brad I don't believe you and I think you would be hard pressed to find anyone who would.

    The Road Runner......

O rotten mouth piece words just go to show you people in his profession will say anything and I mean anything to get their client off.

  9. Actually, if they would reinstate all 66 felony's and get a PA to handle the case that knows his job and its a graduate of lets make a deal law school ,
I would love to see rotten get a new trial.
I doubt Rotten would like it. His deal was really sweet the firt go around.

  10. I wonder if he gave the family he says he loves so much a tour of where he allegedly committed the 66 felony's he was charged with so they will know how loving a man he really is.

    ReplyDelete
  11. I wonder if sir rotten has told himself and his family he was guilty.
I wonder if he still sees himself as a cop, I would not be surprised if that is the case.

  12. Rotten Totten is certainly no dope.
He knows for release there's no hope.
    He should stop trying,
    Grasping and lying,
    And get used to soap-on-a-rope.

  14. Dave Walton has rated Rotten as first.
Now his opinion is quite cursed.
    Once I was impressed,
    But now I'm distressed,
'Cause if Rotten is first, who's the worst?
