It is ok with the WV Supreme Court if a Correctional Officer Rapes a Woman 17 Times.

  1. unbelievable the jail thinks it has no duty to prevent correctional officers from raping inmates.
sounds just like the Pocahontas County Sheriff's Department.

  3. This is an ode about our friend, Rotten Totten.
He is long gone but certainly not forgotten.
He chose to be a deputy, and that sealed his fate.
He should have been a correctional officer with the State.

  6. How about getting a job staying out of trouble and you won't have to worry about what the officers are doing in the jails. It is wrong for any woman to be raped, but when you have no respect for the laws and what is right, should you have the right to cry foul, when you get hurt by other people breaking the law.

    1. many people that are in jail are NOT even GUILTY......they have simply been arrested, many times falsely arrested on false police reports, corrupt cops like rotten, etc.
how would you like it if someone filed a false police report about you......had rotten come arrest you and service you in the backseat of the cruiser.....then take you to jail and have the process repeated by some correctional officers???
would you feel that you had no rights to be protected from being raped by representatives of the state that are now fully responsible for you since you are now in their custody and control?
