the supreme court has spoken.......and judgemental slow rowe thinks his "local orders" have merit and resolve over that of the powers that be that are above him.
i am sure that walt wieford is in that hot part of hell waiting on rowe,waiting for company of all his old crooked buddies from the court house.........so hurry up your honor,don`t keep walt waiting....................
