rotten totten is lucky that his family was willing to put up the family property to ensure his bond release from jail when he was awaiting sentencing. hope that they have now taken the appropriate legal action to get their property back from the state.
legally, it doesn't even matter now. investigation is done, completely dropped in the plea deal. 65 felonies magically disappear and 1 is legit for a generous concrete & steel vacation of at least 10 years.
