According to one source Kermit Friel's trailer park is one of the biggest violators besides Snowshoe of the Pocahontas Sewage District. In the above video, Kermit was complaining about the fact that the sewage service is going to cost $71 per month. He has proposed to reduce the quality of the service via removing pumps (thereby making it a gravity system) and objects to the membrance system which would filter toxins, etc from the Elk River. It would ultimately be in his best interests (howbeit, not $$$$) to have a clean sewage system.
Kermit blames the county commission for the delay.
Kermit was once on the Pocahontas Board of Health.
At Kermit's request several people have given easements to the district for the new sewage system.
Our source says that Kermit IS NOT ONE OF THEM.

ReplyDeleteye hah!!!!!brings to mind strains of dueling banjo`s, wonder if mr.freil is a libertarian too ?????? the shame is that so called park is in a really beautiful spot,and if he hauled out that junk and put new mobile homes in there he would have a gold mine............hey ! on another note what does a tonado in kansas and a divorce in west virginia have common ?????:: either way you are going to lose the trailer

Norman I remember at one time you and Kermit were as best friends, he was song leader in your church, how many times did he save your job when he was on the board of education? You put him on the board of health when you were on the county commission, then you sold him out in yours and Alice Irvine little plan to run Phares out of the county so that Tom Sanders would be superintend, and you would have a job for ever. I think Kermit was a better friend than Alice. Now they both hate you and you have no job. karma is a bitch.
