c) To be eligible for election or appointment as a member of a county board, a person shall possess at least a high school diploma or a general educational development (GED) diploma. This provision does not apply to members or members-elect who have taken office prior to May 5, 1992, and who serve continuously from that date forward.
Since we are just stirring the pot Norman and opening up a can of worms I will just have to say REALLY??? I have in my possession my fathers diploma along with all of his pictures from graduation. Lets see if I'm right, he started out at Frost tech and than went into Stillwell University for the last 35 years LMAO!!! I just cannot believe you are so jealous that you would use such a thing like that, knowing how simple it can be proven. Has life just gotten really that bad for you?? From all your sickness to jail time and how you have just about lost everything for your poor wife. You would think you would stop! why are you still preaching for the lord? Why are you still harassing people with stupid, petty attempts to make your self feel better. Sorry NORM, calling like it is!!
